Yep, the title pretty much says it all….
As hypothesized in my previous post, just the idea of journaling the thoughts and feelings leading up to each indulgence more or less completely vaporized my cravings.
Do I still eat some sweets?
Yes. I eat a sugary grain free cereal at breakfast. And I also enjoy with two “healthy”/organic popsicles for desert every night for a total of 50 calories between the two popsicles.
Am I ok with that level of sweets in my life?
Yes, I am fine with that. My issue was with the all-day grazing on the sweets in the house and sneaking junk food while out on miscellaneous errands.
I guess I was just ready to stop because I have nothing more to say on this…
Moral of the Story….
If there’s something you’re trying to achieve in life, just decide to journal your journey, learn by teaching, even if by “teaching” you mean a publicly visible blog that nobody is likely to ever read.
