(At ~50% of full dosage, and 16 days after starting the Bright Mind natural Adderall alternative)
More difficult experiences and feelings yesterday, mixed in with some beautiful ones. This is the story of my life right now.
I am not satisfied with the way things are, in any way shape or form. But one thing I am so happy about is that I am still on this journey, and pretty close to passing into the next milestone of going from 2 tablets each morning to 1.5 tablets.
And I have evaded true withdrawal symptoms to date, despite those negative feelings that can so often lead the body towards withdrawals, since stress seems to be the cause of just about every physical ailment, at least in my experience.
A Second Dose of Bright Mind
As per the Graymatter website saying it was OK, I took a second dose of Bright Mind in the face of significant exhaustion yesterday, and it seemed to really work, which is somewhat miraculous for someone like myself who is skeptical about the efficacy of any natural supplement.
Tomorrow I will probably skip it to reduce my tolerance to the drink (and make sure not to use up too much of it too fast, because it ain’t cheap!). But it’s good to have this tool in my arsenal, and as of now, I would recommend it to anyone else in the process of getting off of Adderall.
There are a lot of other caffeine-replacing supplements/nootropics, seems to be a trend right now. But this is the only one I’ve come across that is especially geared towards, or at least marketed as replacing ADD.
So onwards today – no matter what happens!
